Hastings Borough Council is advertising a Permanent, Full Time Senior Planning Officer role within the Development Management Team. You will handle planning applications, pre-applications and appeals, negotiating outcomes and supporting growth while protecting Hastings' environment and historic character.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience dealing with planning applications.
• Excellent communication skills and report writing ability.
• Willingness to train and develop in planning policy.
