A public sector client in West Yorkshire seeks a Senior Planning Officer to contribute to local planning policies. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Town Planning and substantial experience in local authority planning policy. Responsibilities include preparing planning documents and providing expert advice. The position offers approx. £48 per hour umbrella, with remote opportunities available.
A client within the Public Sector based in West Yorkshire is currently recruiting for a Senior Planning Officer to join their Local Plan Team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full-time, temporary position on an ongoing basis, with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority planning policy environment.
Key purpose of the role: To contribute to and prepare a range of planning policy documents to maintain an up-to-date and effective Local Plan for the District, providing a sustainable development strategy that addresses the area's priorities and meets statutory requirements.

The client is offering £48 per hour Umbrella LTD Inside IR35 (approx. £40 per hour PAYE).
