Job summary

Peak District National Park Authority is seeking a fully qualified solicitor, barrister or CILEX with planning law experience to join our legal team in Bakewell, Derbyshire. You will provide high-quality planning, environmental and minerals advice, handle S106 agreements, enforcement and litigation, and support Planning Committee proceedings.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified solicitor, barrister or CILEX with knowledge of planning law.
• Ability to provide accurate, solutions-focused legal advice.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality legal advice and representation on planning, environmental and minerals matters.
• Handle S106 and related Agreements.
• Undertake planning enforcement and litigation.
• Attend and advise at Planning Committee meetings.
