Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Planning Engineer to join the project controls team in the UK. You will develop robust work breakdown structures and baselines, implement progress and cost monitoring, and deliver performance analysis with actionable recommendations to clients.

You will also manage earned value and cost control activities, and act as the main client contact on projects. The ideal candidate is numerate, tech-savvy, and experienced with Primavera P6, Excel, Oracle, and SAP,

Qualifications

• Numerate and computer literate with strong Excel skills and planning software experience.
• Familiar with Oracle and SAP and reporting databases for project controls.
• Graduate in a relevant discipline with some project control experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cost and planning engineers to develop WBS and baselines.
• Establish progress and cost monitoring methodologies.
• Produce project control reports with actionable recommendations.
• Serve as primary day-to-day client contact on assigned projects.
• Manage earned value analysis, progress updates and cost control.
• Oversee change control and baseline management processes.
• Deliver clear and timely reporting to stakeholders.
