Role Overview

Service Care Solutions is working with a forward-thinking local authority, based in Devon, who are seeking a Senior Lawyer to join their Planning and Litigation team. You will play a key part in delivering high-quality legal services to the council and a National Park Authority.

Job Details
  • Location: Fully Remote
  • Contract: 3 months ongoing
  • Umbrella Rate: £50-£55ph
  • PAYE Inc. Rate: £44.10 - £48.44ph
Key Responsibilities
  • Advise on a broad spectrum of highways and public right of way matters, including enforcement and statutory processes.
  • Handle a mixed caseload covering both civil and criminal litigation.
  • Support and mentor junior members of the team.
About You
  • A qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Chartered Legal Executive with substantial experience in highways and local government law.
  • Strong background in litigation (civil and/or criminal).
  • Previous local government experience is essential.
