Job summary

Cole Connections Ltd is seeking a Senior IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) Consultant to join their Professional Services team on an initial six‑month contract. The role is remote with fully expensed travel to client sites across the UK when required and involves delivering Planning Analytics solutions for enterprise clients.

You will lead engagements from discovery through to delivery, working with finance teams on budgeting and forecasting, and providing advisory throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering TM1/Planning Analytics in large, enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of finance planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Experience leading Analytics projects from requirements through to delivery.
• Consultancy experience is a plus; enterprise delivery also accepted.
• ACCA/CIMA qualification or part qualification preferred; finance-acumen essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TM1/Planning Analytics solutions for enterprise clients across the full project lifecycle.
• Engage with senior finance stakeholders to understand planning, budgeting and forecasting needs.
• Lead design, development and implementation of robust Planning Analytics solutions.
• Advise clients on best practices and drive successful project outcomes.
