Qualifications

• Experience of working in the Water/Wastewater industry.
• Civil Engineering or M&E or Building experience.
• Good understanding of NEC Contracts.
• Possess a sound understanding of planning skills and programming techniques.
• Competent Primavera P6 User.
• Competent user of Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communicator.
• Able to work as part of as team or individually.
• Able to manage own workload.
• Understanding of Commercial, H&S, & Environmental requirements.

Responsibilities

• Enable Project Management to control the progress of contracts.
• Produce baseline programmes and regularly update them.
• Monitor performance against baseline programmes.
• Minimise company risk by identifying the critical path.
• Produce look ahead programmes as required.
• Advise the PM of NEC contract obligations.
• Regularly report progress using pre-determined metrics.
• Contribute to the development of Progress Reports.
• Assist the planning team at contract and progress review meetings.
• Enable control of the procurement process.

Skills

Experience in the Water/Wastewater industry

Civil Engineering or M&E or Building experience

Good understanding of NEC Contracts

Understanding of planning skills and programming techniques

Competent Primavera P6 User

Competent user of Microsoft Office applications

Good communicator
