This role focuses on managing planning applications across a portfolio of residential sites and supporting land acquisition from appraisal to consent, in collaboration with land, technical, commercial and development teams.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the UK planning system.
• Experience in residential development or housebuilding preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning applications and strategies across a portfolio of residential sites.
• Convert land interests into implementable planning permissions.
• Support identification, appraisal and acquisition of new development opportunities.
• Develop and implement planning strategies to maximise site value.
• Coordinate with external planning consultants and local authorities.
