Job summary

Kier Group in the UK is seeking a Senior Planner to join our Nuclear team in Suffolk, delivering major programme controls under NEC contract terms. Hybrid working is available, with on-site presence 3–4 days per week and 45 hours per week.

You will build integrated master programmes, produce lookahead forecasts, dashboards and narratives, and work closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure milestones are met and risks are managed.

Qualifications

• NEC contract-based planning experience with client-facing exposure.
• Strong understanding of programme development and master schedules.
• Experience with lookaheads, dashboards, and project metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage integrated master programmes and phase sequence plans.
• Produce acceptance programmes, weekly lookaheads, dashboards and narratives.
• Analyse metrics to track key dates and forecast labour/resources.
• Support commercial teams with forecasts tied to the programme.
