Job summary

Amentum is recruiting a Senior Planner to support key deliverables across our nuclear project portfolio. You will be accountable for creating, maintaining, and managing the Programme of Work for your area, coordinating with stakeholders and driving schedule integrity.

The role requires advanced scheduling tools expertise, EVMS experience, and strong communication skills. Hybrid, flexible hours and international collaboration are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Advanced scheduling knowledge and methodologies.
• Strong analytical thinking with data-driven insights.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project and Excel.
• Experience with earned value management (EVMS).
• Ability to integrate subcontractor schedules into the Integrated Master Schedule.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Establish activities, logic, calendars and milestones for the project.
• Coordinate inputs with stakeholders across functions and regions.
• Monitor progress weekly/monthly and report variances.
• Assist with impact assessment of scope changes and delays.
• Maintain integrity of the programme through routine health checks.
• Lead planning efforts and mentor junior planners.
