Qualifications

• Considerable experience in a planning role on medium to large MEP/Industrial Building Services projects is essential.
• Must be able to create and own the programming from initial tender through to completion including commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and facilitate internal integrated planning meetings with project stakeholders.
• Ensure that planning outputs/reports are produced in a timely manner.
• Monitor progress and productivity against project plans.
• Maintain and update the contract baseline in line with changes.
• Perform Time/Risk analysis with the Project Manager.

Skills

Planning experience on MEP/Industrial projects

Proficient with P6 or Asta

Construction site experience

Experience of NEC 3 contracts
