Job summary

Maxim Recruitment Limited is seeking a Senior Planner based in Bristol to support major UK infrastructure, energy and construction programmes. You will manage integrated schedules, advise on planning strategy and collaborate with client teams across rail, highways, utilities and defence sectors.

The role suits experienced planners with strong NEC/JCT/FIDIC knowledge, proficient in Primavera P6 and Open Plan, and capable of guiding junior planners within a consultancy setting.

Qualifications

• Experience on complex construction, infrastructure or multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong understanding of NEC, JCT, FIDIC contracts and associated reporting.
• Mentoring or guiding junior planners would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage fully integrated project and programme schedules.
• Lead planning input across bids, mobilisation and delivery phases.
• Provide schedule analysis, critical path, and risk-based insights for client reports.
