A leading energy recruitment platform is seeking a Senior Planner for an 18-month contract based in Burghfield. The position offers £59 per hour and requires 2-5 years of planning experience, proficiency in P6 Primavera, and strong stakeholder management skills. Ideal candidates should have good IT skills and experience in a regulated industry is beneficial. The role is onsite 5 days a week.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years' planning experience.
  • Experience delivering projects using network logic, float paths, WBS/CBS creation.
  • Experience in highly regulated industry beneficial (nuclear/oil/construction).

Senior Planner

Rate - £59 per hour/18-month contract

Location - Burghfield (onsite 5 days a week)

Minimum Requirement:
  • 2-5 years' planning experience
  • P6 Primavera
  • Adaptable
  • Strong stakeholder management at all levels
  • You need to understand planning and have experience delivering a project utilising the following: - network logic, float paths, WBS/CBS creation, possibly EVM, resource levelling, monthly update cycle, change control, What-If, fragnets etc
  • Be able to make good judgement calls on planning.
  • Needs to understand the role of a planner, it's requirements each month and be able to deliver to the business rhythm.
  • Experience in highly regulated industry beneficial (nuclear/oil/construction)
  • Candidates need strong prioritisation skills and be able to focus on varied and changing priorities.
  • Good IT skills, including Excel as a must.
