Qualifications

• Candidates must have Chartered Membership of the RTPI or be working towards it.
• Demonstrable planning experience in the private sector.
• Strong client relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning & development projects from instruction to completion.
• Prepare and submit planning applications.
• Negotiate option and promotion agreements with Developers.
• Prepare Local Plan representations and cases for development.
• Lodge appeals and potentially appear at Informal & formal Hearings.
• Develop client relationships.
