The candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and reporting, ensuring compliance with project standards. Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Planner on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts and healthcare sector experience desirable.
• Proven experience creating P6 plans from first principle.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update project programmes using Primavera P6.
• Monitor progress against baseline schedules and report variances.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly progress reports to stakeholders.
• Analyse critical paths and identify potential delays.
• Support project controls including cost and resource loading.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Assist in risk analysis and scenario planning for programme impacts.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and client reporting standards.
• Create detailed Primavera P6 programmes from scratch.
