Qualifications

• Experience in Groundworks and Civil Engineering is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical ability, with confidence to challenge programme information.
• Comfortable working to fixed deadlines and managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules across multiple phases.
• Lead planning tender programmes and bid proposals.
• Coordinate planning data from internal and external sources.
• Monitor progress and ensure consistent planning standards across all projects.
• Provide planning insight to support project delivery and risk management.
