Job summary

OXBO is seeking an experienced Senior Town Planner to lead a growing portfolio of renewable energy projects across the UK. You will own your project portfolio, work with the Director of Planning and development teams to shape strategies, manage teams and secure planning permissions for a range of developments.

You will develop planning strategies, lead multidisciplinary teams, manage programmes and budgets, and build strong client and planning authority relationships across the country.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in private sector planning.
• Proven track record of securing complex planning permissions.
• Strong understanding of the UK planning system and development management processes.
• Commercially aware with ability to balance planning risk against project programmes and budgets.
• Confident communicator who works well independently and in a team.
