Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Senior Physiotherapist to lead in acute Trauma and Orthopaedics. The role covers both trauma and elective orthopaedic surgery with 7-day working patterns and weekend rosters.

You will support clinical leads, develop care pathways, and provide professional and managerial guidance within a busy inpatient setting. The post offers opportunities for development, flexible shifts (08:00–20:00), and involvement in service

Qualifications

• Experience of musculoskeletal conditions and managing patients after orthopaedic surgery.
• Senior physiotherapist with specialist knowledge in acute Trauma and Elective Orthopaedic Surgery.

Responsibilities

• Assess, prioritise and manage own caseload of patients.
• Work will be undertaken without direct supervision.
• Provide clinical leadership within the specialty including educational, professional and managerial guidance.
• Active role in planning, development, coordination, delivery and evaluation of physiotherapy services.
