A rare and exciting opportunity has opened for a Band 6 Senior Physiotherapist to join our dynamic and well-established Community Neuro Rehabilitation Team.
In this rewarding role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting patients with neurological conditions, delivering high-quality therapy in the places that matter most to them – their own homes, residential settings and nursing homes. You will provide specialist physiotherapy interventions tailored to individual needs, working closely with occupational therapists, speech and language therapists and other healthcare professionals. Together, you’ll empower patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals, improve independence and enhance their quality of life.
Beyond direct patient care, you’ll contribute to service development and share your expertise to continually raise standards across the team. To work within the community physiotherapy service to provide appropriate physiotherapy input to patients and assist with service development and evaluation. Treatments will be in the patients’ own homes, in a community setting i.e. nursing/residential homes or any other facilities as service requires.
