Qualifikationen

• Senior physiotherapist with band 7 level experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead on frailty within the team and develop pathways to improve patient flow and outcomes.
• Undertake senior clinical role and plan, co-ordinate, deliver and evaluate physiotherapy services for NMUH A&E, AMU/Amber Unit (Frailty).
• Undertake assessments and design management programmes for complex medical, social and mental health problems to facilitate swift return home or to intermediate care facilities.
• Provide expert advice to patients, carers, all grades of physiotherapists and other health professionals.
• Educate and train staff and students in management of acutely ill patients.
