A leading NHS healthcare provider in Colchester is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist or Senior Physiotherapist. The role focuses on providing rapid assessments and formulating robust discharge plans for patients. You will work with various clinical teams and take a leadership role in care delivery. The position includes a 7-day working pattern with flexible hours and provides extensive training, a generous pension scheme, and health benefits. We are looking for an experienced, motivated clinician to join our team. You will be a registered Occupational Therapist or Senior Physiotherapist with demonstrable expertise in discharge planning, supporting patients to become experts in their own care and to remain in their own homes.
This post has 7‑day working, in a 4‑week pattern, with two days off prior to or after the weekend. Periods of requiring you to work 10:00‑18:00 Mon‑Fri once every 8 weeks.
