A healthcare provider in the UK seeks a Senior Physiotherapist to join the Burns & Plastics and Hand Therapy team at Stoke Mandeville Hospital. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Physiotherapy, 18 months of clinical experience, and strong communication skills. We are looking for an enthusiastic Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our Burns & Plastics and Hand Therapy team at Stoke Mandeville Hospital, Bucks healthcare NHS Trust.
Our Burns and Plastics team :
This role will suit someone who is motivated, flexible and hard-working, and keen to support patients to achieve their potential in rehabilitation. There is a strong emphasis on staff development with support from Band 7 team leads .
The post involves weekend working as part of the therapy weekend service.
To perform assessment and treatment for patients with complex needs, and to provide advice, guidance and information to health and social care professionals, carers and relatives and other non-professionals.
To undertake all aspects of clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner.
To participate in continuing professional and service development, and contribute to organisational objectives.
