About the role

Senior Physiotherapist – Warwickshire Hospital. This is a bank role, paid up to £15.00 per hour, with 15‑20% weekend work. Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours a week but work ad‑hoc as required.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high quality, effective and evidence‑based clinical care.
• Provide care that is Safe, Effective, Caring, Well‑led and responsive to patients’ needs.
• Ensure ongoing monitoring of the standard of treatment.
• Be compliant with all professional, clinical and integrated governance standards.
• Participate in clinical audit and other quality assurance processes.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, AHPS and consultants, to optimise patient recovery.
• Support and mentor junior staff through training programmes.

Qualifications

• BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent. Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HPCC).

Professional development & experience

• Demonstrated evidence of further professional training and ongoing professional development.
• Confidence in communication with patients and other healthcare professionals.
• Competent IT user with strong organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively.
