Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a registered Physiotherapist with a minimum of 12 months recent NHS experience. The ideal candidate will possess a recognized qualification in Physiotherapy and HCPC registration. Responsibilities include demonstrating knowledge of NHS systems and supporting junior staff. Qualifications

  • Recognised qualification in Physiotherapy i.e. degree
  • HCPC Registration
Desirable criteria
  • Relevant post-graduate qualification or studies - i.e. PG Cert/Diploma/recognised relevant courses
Experience
Essential criteria
  • Able to demonstrate a minimum of 12 months recent NHS experience as registered Physiotherapist
  • Evidence of UK-based clinical experience within acute hospital environment
  • Evidence of supporting junior staff/students
Desirable criteria
  • Evidence of completion of student educators course at a UK learning institution
Skills and Knowledge
Essential criteria
  • Demonstrable knowledge of NHS systems and processes i.e. discharge planning
  • Evidence of achievement of relevant B5 core physiotherapy competencies
  • Evidence of completion of Respiratory/on-call competencies and participation in Physiotherapy on-call rota in current or very recent post
