Job summary

Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 3 Physiotherapist to join the Neuro Rehabilitation Team. You will work across an 8-bed Magnolia Lodge inpatient unit and 10 virtual community-based INCS beds, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to maximise patient independence and safe discharge.

• Support the Team Leader and Clinical Lead in operational management and service developments.
• Provide clinical education and training.
• Lead specific projects contributing to service delivery in a clinical specialty area.
• Provide information to the Senior Management Team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Band 3 Physiotherapist to join our friendly and forward-thinking Neuro Rehabilitation Team. You'll be part of an exciting integrated inpatient and community rehabilitation pathway, working across our 8-bed Magnolia Lodge inpatient unit and 10 virtual community-based INCS beds. You'll work alongside a supportive and highly skilled multidisciplinary team, helping patients achieve meaningful goals, maximise their independence and successfully transition back into our own homes and communities. We are committed to providing excellent, evidence-based and person-centred neuro rehabilitation, while supporting our staff to develop their clinical skills and progress professionally. • To provide specialist assessment, diagnosis and treatment of patients with complex physiotherapy problems as an autonomous practitioner with clinical speciality area.
• To undertake line management responsibility for staff, within the service area to provide a responsive and effective service.
• To actively support the Team Leader and Clinical Lead in the operational management of the area and service developments on a local or service-wide level.
• To provide clinical education and training.
• To have responsibility for specific projects or initiatives contributing to the overall delivery of the service within a clinical speciality area.
