Centric Talent is seeking a senior full stack web developer to design and deliver scalable PHP-based applications. You will work across backend APIs, databases and frontend interfaces using Laravel, Symfony and modern JS frameworks.

The role emphasizes code quality, testing, CI/CD, Docker, Linux environments and mentoring junior developers, with remote UK work and a salary of £50k-£60k DOE.

Qualifications

• We require strong proficiency in PHP, including modern versions, object-oriented programming, and best practices.
• We require extensive experience with PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or similar.
• We require solid front-end development skills using JavaScript or TypeScript.
• We require experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
• We require a deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• We require experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.

• We require 5+ years of professional development experience, primarily with PHP.

Responsibilities

• We will design and develop scalable, maintainable web applications using PHP and modern web technologies.
