London Ambulance Service NHS Trust is seeking a Programme Manager to lead a portfolio of pharmacy programmes and transformation initiatives that improve patient safety, medicines governance and operational efficiency. You will work with the Chief Pharmacist, pharmacy leadership, clinical services and external partners to deliver high-quality patient care across London.

Qualifications

• Educated to post-graduate degree level or equivalent relevant experience.
• Willing to study for professional qualifications equivalent to Masters level.
• Experience in programme and project management with governance, risk and benefits realisation.
• Significant senior-management experience delivering end-to-end programmes or projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex pharmacy transformation programmes and projects from initiation to implementation.
• Develop and maintain programme plans, milestones, risks and benefits realisation frameworks.
• Provide programme management expertise to senior officers and project leads.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure delivery.
• Monitor programme performance and report progress through governance structures.
• Manage risks, dependencies and resource requirements; support business cases and service improvements.
