Job summary

Qualifications

• Keen eye for detail and effective communication with a wide range of people including healthcare professionals and the public.
• Good team player, enthusiastic and proactive, able to remain calm under pressure.
• Willingness to complete a GPhC‑approved Level 2 Pharmacy course.

Responsibilities

• Labelling and dispensing inpatient and outpatient prescriptions and discharge medication.
• Meeting and greeting customers/staff/patients at the reception hatch, accepting outpatient prescriptions and taking prescription charges.
• Completing ward top ups and expiry dating.
