Qualifications

• Releasing Officer in a MHRA Licensed Unit or eligible to undertake this training.
• Good Clinical Practice (GCP) certification required.
• Formal management and/or leadership qualification is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage the production unit and provide technical support.
• Contribute to service development through audits.
• Assist in operation and maintenance of the quality management system.

Skills

Extensive hospital pharmacy experience

Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice

Experience of managing a service

Experience of writing business cases

Education

Masters degree in Pharmacy (MPharm) or equivalent

Registered with General Pharmaceutical Council

Postgraduate Clinical Pharmacy Diploma / MSc
