Qualifications

• Significant and relevant clinical experience from working in areas linked to Emergency and Integrated medicine.
• Experience managing and leading a team.
• Experience in education and training as a clinical pharmacy tutor.

Responsibilities

• Develop a high-quality clinical pharmacy service to Emergency and Integrated Medicine.
• Work with the multidisciplinary team to enhance pharmacy services.
• Support audit and research and promote Quality Improvement methodology.

Skills

High-level clinical skills sufficient to engage in dialogue with senior clinicians

Good written and oral communication skills

Good negotiation skills

Experience of supervising and training junior pharmacists

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Education

MPharm (or equivalent)

Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)

Further postgraduate qualification Diploma/MSc in Pharmacy Practice or Clinical Pharmacy

Membership of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society
