Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree with current GPhC registration.
• Experience in clinical pharmacy services at ward level.
• Experience using patient information systems and electronic prescribing.

Responsibilities

• Act as a member of the directorate team and deputise for the directorate pharmacist.
• Provide specialist clinical pharmacy services for complex therapies.
• Manage the safe dispensing of medicines and supervise pharmacy staff.
• Provide patient-centred services, including counselling and medicines information.
• Liaise with CCGs and NHS England on drug funding and policy matters.
