Senior Personal Assistant – Private Household, Central London, up to £120k gpa

We are looking for an outstanding Senior Personal Assistant to support a private family based in Central London. This is a key role within a busy, well‑organised household and will suit someone who enjoys variety, pace, and taking ownership in a high‑level support position.

Working alongside another experienced PA, you will ensure the smooth running of the family’s daily life, from complex scheduling and global travel to household logistics and supporting a young, active family.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage detailed diaries, appointments, itineraries, and global travel arrangements (private and commercial)
  • Plan and research bespoke family holidays, weekend trips, and children’s activities
  • Work closely with household staff and external providers to support seamless day‑to‑day operations
  • Handle household admin, procurement, budget tracking, and ad‑hoc projects
  • Provide out‑of‑hours support with calm professionalism when required
Requirements
  • An experienced, proactive Senior PA with 5+ years supporting HNW or UHNW families
  • Strong end‑to‑end travel management skills, including multi‑stop and time‑sensitive itineraries
  • Highly organised, discreet, tech‑savvy, and solution‑oriented
  • Comfortable supporting families with young children and managing the logistics that come with this
  • Confident coordinating across time zones and adapting to changing plans
  • Committed to a long‑term role and motivated by delivering consistently high standards

Office hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm, with out of hours responsiveness

Salary

Up to £120,000 gpa, dependent on experience.
