Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on paid social channels like Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn.
  • Proven track record of managing 6-figure monthly ad budgets and driving measurable business outcomes.
  • Deep expertise in data analytics, measurement, and attribution (CAPI, API integrations, automation, and experimentation frameworks).
  • Hands‑on experience with workflow automation and no‑code solutions to automate manual and repetitive work.
  • Strong balance of analytical and creative skills: adept at data‑driven decision‑making while excelling in ad copywriting and creative feedback.
  • Strong attention to detail with a solid understanding of UX/UI across both mobile and desktop.
  • Channel knowledge beyond paid social (Reddit, YouTube, and Paid Search) and an awareness of how they fit together in the funnel.
  • Experience with measurement and reporting tools (Looker, GA4, HubSpot, or other BI tools) and the ability to turn complex data into clear insights.
  • Self‑starter with a strong bias for action, thriving in fast‑moving environments where doing > talking.
  • Curious and passionate about testing the boundaries of what’s possible with ads, constantly learning and experimenting with new approaches.
