Job description

The Senior Performance Analyst plays a critical role in driving data‑driven decision making across Aston Martin Global Dealer network. Reporting to the Network Performance Manager and operating under the overall direction of the Head of Global Network Development and Performance, the role is responsible for analysing, interpreting and visualizing complex performance data to provide actionable insights that enhance Network effectiveness, customer experience and business growth. This position ensures integrity, accuracy and strategic use of network performance data, supporting the development and implementation of initiatives that optimize dealer profitability, operational efficiency and brand consistency. Acting as a key analytical partner, the senior performance analyst collaborates closely with regional team, senior management and cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver high‑quality analysis, performance reporting and predictive insights that underpin Aston Martin Global network Strategy. Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities
  • Analyse Aston Martin's global and regional performance against key business metrics and targets, providing insights across Sales, Aftersales, profitability, customer experience and operational effectiveness and
  • Evaluate Dealer and network performance across all key programmes, including bonus schemes, Dealer of the Year, Financial composite reporting, mystery shop and Dealer standards compliance
  • Assess market performance, market share, vehicle parc, demographics and competitor activity to inform strategic decision making and support the development of Aston Martin's global network strategy
  • Develop and maintain Dashboards, scorecards and performance reporting in Salesforce, Tableau and other platforms, ensuring timely and accurate visibility of key KPI's.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across multiple systems, collaborating with IT, CRM, finance teams and external providers to optimise data management and reporting processes and protocols.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and recommendations that drive strategic and operational improvements across global and regional markets
  • Collaborate with regional teams and the Network Performance Manager to develop, implement and monitor action plans addressing performance gaps, growth opportunities and operational priorities
  • Present analytical findings and performance insights to the Head of Global Network Development and Performance and Senior Leadership, providing clarity on network health, regional trends and progress against strategic targets
  • Support the design and continuous improvement of performance measurement frameworks, KPIs, incentive structures and benchmarking methodologies
  • Champion the use of data‑driven insights to guide network planning, dealer performance management and strategic investment decisions.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in performance, commercial or business data analysis within automotive or similar complex, multi‑market environment
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret large, complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business insights
  • High proficiency with Tableau, Salesforce and other BI tools with experience managing, visualising and integrating data from multiple systems and sources.
  • Strong data management and governance knowledge, ensuring data accuracy, integrity and consistency across reporting platforms
  • Experience in developing and tracking action plans based on performance analysis, working collaboratively with cross‑functional regional teams

The Commercial Operations department is responsible for driving Aston Martin's global sales, aftersales, network strategy and customer experience, Marketing and Product Strategy. Within this, the Network Development and Performance team ensures our global Dealer Network deliver exceptional brand representation, commercial performance, and a world‑class ownership experience. The team works cross‑functionally with Aston Martin Regional EMEA, Americas, APAC and Middle East teams, to align retail operations with Aston Martin's broader commercial objectives ensuring we are not just a World Class Brand but a high‑performance business.
