Legora, based in London, is seeking a Senior People Partner to own the people agenda for UK & Ireland. You will act as the strategic partner to senior leadership, shaping the organization as it scales while driving performance, accountability, and organizational health.

As a Senior People Partner, based in London, you'll act as the strategic owner of the people agenda for a function, supporting UK & Ireland teams. You'll be a true thought partner to senior leadership, shaping the organization as it scales while driving performance, accountability, and organizational health.
You'll own the people strategy for your function across UK & Ireland, reporting to the Director, Business Partnering EMEA, and working closely with our Employee Relations function on case management as it arises. You'll also partner with the company's Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, People Programs, People Data & Tech) to turn global frameworks into real impact.
