A leading global service provider is seeking a Senior People Partner to work closely with leadership in Warrington. This role requires a resilient HR leader to translate strategic people priorities into actionable plans, ensuring a compliant and strong EMS contract. This role reports directly to the People Director for the Citizen Services business unit, and has a close working relationship with the EMS leadership team as well as HR colleagues across the wider Serco organisation – including People Services, Centres of Expertise, and People Specialists. You'll be a key link between strategic people priorities and operational delivery, ensuring the EMS contract remains compliant, capable, and commercially strong.
