Partnering the People function
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior People Partner to partner the People/HR function. This is a unique partnering opportunity, as it will combine being the People partner for the People/HR function, and also being a workstream lead for the People pillar of our People Transformation programme.
The successful candidate for this role will be a strategic people partner who is happy to deliver our people transformation programme. To be successful in this role you must also have strong stakeholder management skills, as you will be partnering and challenging your own functional leaders! You’ll need to have the ability to juggle immediate functional needs effectively with future thinking, and experience driving people transformation and change with a complex corporate organisation.
This role would suit a seasoned Senior People Partner/HRBP or People Transformation lead/programme manager both capable of long term strategic thinking about how the function needs to evolve at the same time as getting their hands dirty to deliver it, with experience of driving functional and cultural change. This role will report into the People Director, Boots Support Office and One Health, who is a member of the People Leadership Team (PLT) you will partner.
We have a great range of benefits in addition to the above that offer flexibility to suit you - find out more at boots.jobs/rewards. Exclusions may apply, eligible roles only.
At Boots, we foster a working environment where consideration and inclusivity help everyone to be themselves and reach their full potential. We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer, passionate about embracing the diversity of our colleagues and providing a positive and inclusive working environment for all. As the heart of everything we do at Boots, with you, we change for the better.
Where a role is advertised as full-time, we are open to discussing part-time and job share options during the application process. If you require additional support as part of the application and interview process, we are happy to provide reasonable adjustments to help you to be at your best.
