Job summary

OLIX is seeking a People Partner to join its people operations and help scale a fast-growing tech organisation. You will work with managers and employees to shape and operationalise people practices, culture, and processes.

You will guide managers on HR matters, ensure UK and US employment law compliance, and contribute to a high-performance culture while collaborating with Operations and Finance across the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR role within a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.
• Good working knowledge of UK employment legislation, with some exposure to US employment law.
• Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of an organisation.
• Analytical mindset with data-informed people decisions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.

The Role

As our People Partner, you will be an integral part of OLIX's people operations, supporting our growing team day-to-day. Working closely with managers and employees across the business, you will help build and maintain the people-practices, processes, and culture that underpin our ambitious growth plans.

Skills & Experience

Experience in an HR role within a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.

Good working knowledge of UK employment legislation, with some exposure to US employment law.

Ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of an organisation.

Comfortable working at pace and navigating ambiguity with a pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

An analytical approach, comfortable using data to inform and support people decisions.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Nice to have

Experience in deep tech or hardware-driven environments, especially where talent is scarce and highly specialized.
