Job summary

Rolls-Royce plc in East Grinstead is seeking an experienced People Partner to lead the UK people agenda. Reporting to the EMEA Vice President of People, you will be the sole HR on site and partner with senior leaders to translate business strategy into people and organisational plans within an industrial, international matrix environment.

This permanent, full-time role is hybrid, combining on-site presence at East Grinstead with flexible working.

Qualifications

• Degree Qualified HR Professional with CIPD Level 7 or equivalent.
• Extensive experience as a People Partner, HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist.
• Experience in industrial and international matrix environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into actionable people plans with leadership
• Lead pay reviews, performance calibration, talent management and succession planning
• Develop strategic workforce plans aligned with business needs
• Coach leaders on complex people matters and develop their capability
• Provide guidance on employee relations in partnership with ER and Legal
• Use OD insights to improve performance, capability and culture
• Embed the People Team operating model and collaborate with People Services
• Lead global and local HR projects and drive culture change aligned with Rolls-Royce
