What You’ll Do
  • Own and scale HR Operations for our European employee base, ensuring seamless employee experiences across onboarding, offboarding, benefits, leave administration, compliance, and more.
  • Serve as the regional HR point of contact for employees, managers, and cross‑functional partners (Legal, Finance, IT, etc.).
  • Collaborate closely with our EMEA People Operations Specialist and the rest of the global HR Ops team to ensure process consistency, while localising where necessary for country‑specific needs.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and EOR partners across multiple countries; assess, improve, or change vendors as needed.
  • Partner with Legal to ensure compliance with employment laws, GDPR, and other regional requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and automate manual processes, driving operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and employee resources to ensure a self‑service, scalable HR model.
  • Provide support for audits, reporting, and data integrity initiatives in collaboration with People Analytics and Finance.
Who You Are
  • 6+ years of experience in HR Operations or People Operations, preferably at a high‑growth global tech company.
  • Deep understanding of European HR compliance and employment practices; UK experience required, additional countries a plus.
  • Hands‑on experience supporting acquisitions, integrations, or international expansion.
  • Comfort working across time zones and partnering with global teams.
  • Proven ability to operate independently with excellent judgment in ambiguous, complex environments.
  • Tech‑savvy digital native with experience in fast‑paced, modern/tech‑driven companies where automation and AI are embraced and leveraged.
  • Experience working with HRIS and tools such as Workday, Remote, Greenhouse, Lattice, or similar platforms.
  • Strong project management and process optimisation skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
