About The Role: We’re looking for a Senior People Operations Partner to join our growing People team in London. As our team and footprint across Europe scale, this role will be instrumental in building, optimizing, and owning the operational backbone of our People function across the region. This is a senior individual contributor role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments and enjoys building systems, solving cross‑functional challenges, and driving operational excellence at scale.

The base salary range for this role is £68,000 to £90,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits programme (all based on eligibility).

While we prioritise a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialised skill sets.
