A leading regional legal services group in Nottingham is seeking an experienced Senior Advisor for the People & Culture team. You will support HR operations by delivering high-quality advice on employee relations and conflict resolution while ensuring compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of advisory experience, strong knowledge of UK employment law, and a CIPD Level 5 qualification. We're seeking to further support this growth by adding a Senior Advisor to our broader People & Culture team. Based from our Nottingham office, this role will work directly alongside the Director of People & Culture and another advisor to provide expert guidance on all aspects of HR, acting as a trusted partner to managers and employees.
The role will focus on delivering high-quality advice on employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy implementation to ensure compliance and foster a positive workplace culture across the network.
