What You’ll Do

Be a strategic partner: Collaborate with leaders to design and deliver people strategies that drive business success. Influence organizational design, performance management, and compensation practices to create the conditions for growth.

Develop top talent: Identify and nurture future leaders. Design development programs that build essential skills and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Leverage data for impact: Use analytics to measure and enhance the effectiveness of people initiatives, improving talent acquisition, retention, and engagement.

Drive engagement & performance: Champion initiatives that empower high-performing, motivated teams. Lead projects to strengthen well-being, inclusion, and cultural alignment.

Provide global guidance: Offer expert advice on employment law, mobility, and compliance. Ensure consistency in people practices while respecting regional nuances.

Lead change & transformation: Steer integration, scaling, and restructuring efforts with clarity and empathy, keeping communication open, alignment strong, and culture at the forefront.

What You’ll Bring
