A health services organization in the United Kingdom is looking for a Senior People and OD Business Partner to provide business partnering support across divisions and lead projects for operational expansion. Candidates should have senior HR experience and a proven track record of driving organisational change. The position allows for flexible working arrangements and values diversity and inclusion.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior People and OD Business Partner to join the expanding team at NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership (NWSSP).
Reporting to the Head of Business Partnering, you will provide business partnering support to a number of our divisions and lead on a small number of projects related to our expanding role within NHS Wales.
A key focus of the role is managing a professional, effective and proactive relationship with Divisions, by understanding their key business drivers and priorities and providing an effective interface with the People and OD function to achieve these. You will also work closely with our Divisions to deliver a programme of continuous improvement and cultural change aligned to our values and behaviours.
The successful candidate will be joining us at an exciting time in our journey, taking on more services on behalf of NHS Wales, associated with its “Once for Wales” work programme. We are looking for someone with experience of operating at a senior HR level; a track record in achieving substantial organisational change and successfully implementing complex people projects.
Provide business partnering support across multiple divisions.
Lead projects related to operational expansion within NHS Wales.
Create and maintain proactive relationships with Divisions.
Deliver continuous improvement and cultural change programmes aligning with our values.
Experience at senior HR level.
Track record of substantial organisational change and complex people project implementation.
Desirable ability to communicate in Welsh; Welsh and/or English speakers welcome.
