About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior People and OD Business Partner to join our expanding team at NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership (NWSSP). The role focuses on supporting the NHS in Wales, working across the whole of Wales, and contributing to continuous improvement and cultural change aligned to our values.

Responsibilities
  • Provide business partnering support to a number of our divisions and lead on a small number of projects related to our expanding role within NHS Wales.
  • Manage a professional, effective and proactive relationship with Divisions by understanding their key business drivers and priorities and providing an effective interface with the People and OD function to achieve these.
  • Work closely with our Divisions to deliver a programme of continuous improvement and cultural change aligned to our values and behaviours.
Qualifications
  • Experience of operating at a senior HR level.
  • Track record in achieving substantial organisational change and successfully implementing complex people projects.
  • Ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
  • Strong values of Listening and Learning, Working Together, Taking Responsibility and Innovating.
