The Senior People Analytics Analyst plays a key role in enabling Delinea to make informed, data-driven decisions about our greatest asset—our people. This role transforms complex people data into meaningful insights that empower leaders. The analyst will develop scalable reporting solutions, design insightful dashboards, manage ad-hoc analytics requests, and uncover trends across the employee lifecycle.
