The Role

We are seeking a highly technical Cyber Security Pentester / Researcher with a ‘hacker mindset’ to join our creative and fast‑paced team. You'll thrive on exploring new techniques, chaining tools to find and exploit vulnerabilities, and developing (with help if needed) working exploits in external, web‑facing systems. This role is perfect for someone who is already deeply involved in the Bug Bounty scene or a seasoned ‘old‑school hacker’ looking to break free from traditional penetration testing.

What You'll Do

• Identify and Exploit Vulnerabilities: Use your technical prowess to identify and exploit external, web‑facing vulnerabilities. Understand how these vulnerabilities occur and how they can be exploited creatively.
• Creative Problem Solving: Leverage your hacker mindset to daisy‑chain COTS or open‑source tools with smart scripting to automate, scan, and prioritise vulnerabilities.
• Innovate and Experiment: Constantly push the boundaries of your knowledge and explore new techniques for scalable exploits across various platforms.
• Collaborate and Learn: Work with a passionate team of like‑minded individuals who are committed to continuous learning and pushing the limits of what’s possible in cyber security.

Ideal Candidate Profile might include some of the following

• Hacker Mindset: You think like an attacker and enjoy finding and exploiting vulnerabilities.
• Bug Bounty Experience: Active participation in bug bounty programs with notable wins is a big plus esp with automation and daisy chaining of tools.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of external, web‑facing and infrastructure vulnerabilities and how they’re exploited.
• Creative Approach: You’re comfortable with scripting, chaining tools, and innovating new ways to achieve your goals. You don’t need to be a developer but should have a technical skill set that allows you to create automation and save time.
• Passion for Security: You’re passionate about learning new techniques and staying ahead of the curve in offensive security.
• No Boring Client briefs or scoping meetings: You’re looking to escape traditional web and infrastructure audits and reports – we get it!
