Job summary

A leading TPA is seeking a Senior Pensions Technician to support the operations team with complex casework. You will be responsible for technical DB pension calculations and implementing process improvements. A minimum of 5 years UK residency and strong technical knowledge in DB pension schemes are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will enjoy working collaboratively and improving customer experience.

We are currently working with a leading TPA who are seeking to recruit for a Senior Pensions Technician

This role requires enhanced security clearance, one of the main factors is a minimum 5 year UK residency - please only apply if you have this.

Essential Skills
  • Strong technical pensions knowledge in DB pension schemes
  • Experience of manual / complex pensions calculations
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Applications including excel and be comfortable with VLOOKUP's and macros

We are looking for Senior Pensions Technicians to support the operations team on complex case work. As well as technical DB pension calculations experience you will have a passion for identifying, designing and implementing process improvements with a focus on operational readiness ensuring we have a positive training and coaching environment, so we are continually improving the customer experience.

Responsibilities include :
  • Support the team on complex casework, high value cases and complaints.
  • Process all events in accordance with agreed working practices in order to meet deadlines and costing of non-standard projects.
