About the role

  • Lead technical knowledge capture during client onboarding and change projects.
  • Translate scheme rules into practical, compliant solutions.
  • Monitor industry developments and support business-wide implementation.
  • Deliver training, improve processes, and enhance technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and drive innovation.
About you
  • 5+ years’ experience in pensions administration.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Defined Benefit and/or Defined Contribution schemes.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word) and pension admin systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
