EY is expanding its pensions consulting practice in the United Kingdom and seeks experienced professionals with deep pensions knowledge and proven client relationship skills. You will work with CFOs, pension managers, trustees and providers on strategy, buy-ins, wind-ups and data analytics.

You will translate complex requirements into client-ready reports, manage projects end-to-end and contribute to marketing initiatives while mentoring junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of UK pensions and client advisory
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Experience in consulting, preferably corporate BPA transactions
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships across stakeholders
• Actuarial calculation and modelling experience
• Commercial awareness and initiative

Responsabilités

• Prepare and review numerical and written advice, liaising with clients
• Translate requirements into client reports and deliverables
• Manage client projects within scope and budget with minimal supervision
• Lead teams within cross-service line projects and delegate work
• Provide pensions expertise and opinions in projects
• Support senior management with marketing initiatives
• Build relationships in the market and EY network
• Mentor and develop team members while maintaining high professional standards
