Responsibilities

• Lead the in-house Pensions Team and support management and members.
• Act as Secretary to the Trustee of the pension fund.
• Manage governance and delivery for the Trustee Board.
• Serve as a technical expert for the Trustee Board and Company.
• Oversee pension administration and communication.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
• Lead the Trustee Board in Integrated Risk Management.
